White Henna
White henna is a natural powder blended from herbs, white clay, and ground lupin. It is widely used in Morocco and the Gulf as a safe, effective option for brightening the skin, smoothing uneven tone, and providing gentle exfoliation. Unlike regular henna, it does not stain the skin; instead, it helps minimize dark spots and blackheads while supporting firmer skin.
Safe Method of Use:
Preparation: Combine the white henna powder with rose water or warm water until the mixture reaches a creamy texture similar to toothpaste.
Application: Spread the mask over clean, dry skin on the face or body.
Time: Keep it on for 15–25 minutes, until it dries.
Rinsing: Rinse the skin gently with lukewarm water.
Moisturizing: Apply a moisturizing cream right after rinsing.
الحناء البيضاء
الحناء البيضاء مسحوق طبيعي مكوّن من خليط من الأعشاب والطين الأبيض والترمس المطحون. وقد أصبحت شائعة في المغرب ودول الخليج باعتبارها بديلاً آمناً وفعّالاً لتفتيح البشرة وتوحيد لونها وتقشيرها بلطف. وعلى عكس الحناء التقليدية، فهي لا تصبغ البشرة؛ بل تساعد على تقليل البقع الداكنة والرؤوس السوداء وتحسين تماسك البشرة.
طريقة الاستعمال الآمنة:
التحضير: اخلطي مسحوق الحناء البيضاء مع ماء الورد أو الماء الدافئ حتى تحصلي على قوام كريمي يشبه معجون الأسنان.
التطبيق: ضعي القناع على بشرة نظيفة وجافة في الوجه أو الجسم.
الوقت: اتركيه لمدة 15–25 دقيقة حتى يجف.
الشطف: اغسلي البشرة بلطف بالماء الفاتر.
الترطيب: ضعي كريم ترطيب مباشرة بعد الشطف.
