At Attar Almadina, we always strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange products according to the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be in its original condition and unopened or unused.
• The original invoice must be attached with the return request.
• Food products or perishable items cannot be returned after opening.

Return Steps

1. Contact our customer service team via the "Contact Us" page or WhatsApp.
2. Provide order details, invoice number, and reason for return.
3. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 24-48 hours.
4. After approval, a representative will be sent to collect the product and refund its value.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. For cash on delivery payments, a bank transfer to your account will be made within the same period.
